Senior Adviser | Sovereign Implementation Intelligence | CEO & Board Advisory
Danielle Obé is a Senior Adviser, CEO and Sovereign Implementation Architect with more than 20 years’ experience operating at the high-consequence interface of government mandate, institutional readiness, capital exposure and implementation consequence across EMEA.
Her career spans major capital programme and portfolio assurance, institutional creation, national system development and sovereign implementation architecture. This includes portfolio assurance for a £15 billion major capital investment framework, governance and executive escalation architecture supporting the London 2012 Olympic Delivery Authority, the design of an $18.6 million multi-state pre-implementation commission, and the creation of national operating architecture that mobilised $400 million in national funding allocation.
She is the originator of The Space Between® Architecture, a proprietary sovereign implementation intelligence architecture used by public boards and heads of state to determine implementation readiness, expose capital absorption constraints, surface cross-ministerial dependencies and protect decision integrity.
Through the architecture, she advises Heads of Government, Ministers, CEOs, Boards and sovereign/international institutions on mandate executability, asymmetric readiness, capital exposure and strategic sequencing - providing an evidence-based basis to proceed, phase, pilot or pause before significant commitments proceed, and to realign where live portfolios require renewed executive decision-making.
Her current focus is Sovereign Implementation Intelligence | CEO & Board Advisory | EMEA · MENA, with mobility across KSA and UAE.
